Our aim is to be a welcoming venue for everyone, ensuring that each and every visit is an enjoyable and special experience.
Our friendly staff are always ready to assist if needed.

Seats with ‘More Legroom’ are directly behind the ‘Better View’ seats, which are at the front of the step. We recommend that customers over 5’8 choose legroom if possible. Seats in the balcony are accessed via a steep spiral staircase and are not suitable for those with mobility issues. We are always happy to advise which seats are best for your needs – simply call us on 01600 719401.
Seat 1 and Seat 28 are next to the wall – not on an aisle. Row A is at the front near the stage, Row Q is the back Row.
Wheelchair / Accessible spaces are available in the Main House in front of the tiered seating – these must be booked in person or by phone. It is important that customers with disabilities sit in accessible seating in order to comply with fire regulations. There is no lift at our theatre. For more details on our Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans please click here.
WC – Accessible toilet is available on the ground floor. Car parking spaces are located in public car park across the road from the theatre on Glendower Street. Please note parking tariffs.
Assistance Dogs are welcome. If you need us to look after an assistance dog during a performance, please let us know in advance so we can arrange this. If you would like your assistance dog to stay with you in the auditorium, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can ensure there is sufficient space for you and your dog in the auditorium.
You must be over 16 to attend any of our performances unaccompanied. If you’re 15 or under you must be accompanied by someone over 18.
