In Person
Our box office is open Monday to Friday 12-2pm during term time and an hour before the performance. If you intend to buy your tickets on the night, please allow plenty of time.
Our opening times during the holidays will be advertised on our telephone message.

For an additional £1, tickets can be posted to you; alternatively, they can be collected on the night.
Group Bookings
For every 10 tickets booked, we can offer an eleventh for free. Please contact box office for group booking.
Refunds – We regret that we are unable to offer a refund unless a show is cancelled.
Concessionary rate tickets usually apply to over 60’s, under 18’s and students, unless otherwise stated.
Exchange
We cannot exchange tickets for a different performance, but if you need to alter your booking or change your seats, contact box office and we will be able to help you. This service is subject to a small admin fee.
Refunds
Tickets are non refundable unless events are cancelled or rescheduled and we will advise customers directly on this. The Blake Theatre is not liable for additional expenses incurred by customers in the event of cancellation. ‘Booking Protect’ Refund Protection is available to online customers for a small fee, please check the terms and conditions.

You must not sell or offer to resell tickets for any price. Tickets may be invalid if purchased from unauthorised third parties.
