This is not a collection of descant recorders! The Phoenix Recorder Orchestra is 35 people who play every size of recorder, down to the monstrous nine-foot subcontrabass, and they make a gorgeous and mellow sound. You will hear beautiful music from sixteenth century masters, via Grieg, through to jazz. Your idea of recorders will be changed forever!
